We live busy lives sometimes making it to the gym isn't an option....there are other ways to work in. Maybe it's chasing your kids or your dog, dancing in your living room, enjoying your backyard and working in some body weight work.
HIT vs HIIT, EPOC, etc...having taken the time to explore trends in Exercise and Fitness and tried many of them in my own life and seen the effects in my patients, I'd love to explore this with you as your coach.
